How does the personalisation process work?
Each item is carefully crafted with love and attention in our Bradford workshop. We add names, dates, and special messages to create gifts that truly tell your story. During checkout, you’ll have the opportunity to provide the personalisation details you’d like us to include.
Can I see a proof of my personalised item before it’s made?
Currently, we don’t provide proofs before production as each item is made to order. However, our skilled artisans take great care to ensure every detail is perfect. If you have specific requirements, please include them in the order notes, and we’ll do our best to accommodate them.
Are there any limitations on what I can personalise?
We’re happy to work with most reasonable personalisation requests. However, we reserve the right to refuse any requests that contain inappropriate content. For text limitations, please refer to the specific product page as character limits may vary by item.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal for your convenience and security.
Do I need to create an account to place an order?
While you can checkout as a guest, creating an account allows you to track your orders, save your preferences, and makes future shopping faster and easier.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Due to our quick processing times, we’re unable to modify or cancel orders once they’ve been placed. As each item is made to order specifically for you, production often begins shortly after your order is received.

Delivery & Shipping

What are your delivery options?
We offer two shipping options:
• Standard Shipping (£12.95): Via DHL or FedEx, delivered within 10-15 days after dispatch
• Free Shipping: For orders over £50, via EMS, delivered within 15-25 days after dispatch
How long does order processing take?
Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing before your items are dispatched. This careful preparation ensures every personalised detail is perfectly added to create a gift that truly tells your story.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We proudly serve customers worldwide from our Bradford, UK workshop. However, we’re unable to deliver to a few remote areas and most Asian countries. During checkout, our system will automatically check if we can deliver to your location.
Will I receive tracking information for my order?
Yes, you’ll receive tracking information once your order is dispatched to our delivery partners. This allows you to follow your package’s journey to its destination.
What should I do if my delivery is delayed?
All delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing. Delivery times exclude weekends and public holidays. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact our customer service team who will be happy to investigate for you.
What if I enter the wrong shipping address?
Please ensure your shipping address is correct during checkout. We can’t be responsible for deliveries to incorrect addresses provided by customers. If you realise you’ve made an error, contact us immediately at [email protected] and we’ll try to help if your order hasn’t yet been dispatched.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your returns policy?
We want you to be completely happy with your personalised purchases. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we accept returns within 15 days of receipt. Please contact our friendly customer service team to arrange your return.
Can I return personalised items?
Due to the custom nature of our products, we can only accept returns on personalised items if they are faulty or we’ve made an error in the personalisation. For non-personalised items, our standard returns policy applies.
How do I initiate a return?

When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
